The Unlimited Dream Company grouped together

for the first time to present 'The Unlimited Dream Company' exhibition. Based on the novel​ by JG Ballard and part of the 'Ballard's Art Festival' in Lincoln, May 2013. Producing

individual works of art as well as live performance and film. The performance began at Greyfriars and travelled down Lincoln's high street, with a 'pide piper' theme,  to St. Benedict's where our individual static pieces were exhibited.



​The whole festival was a great success , so much so that JG Ballard's partner got in contact and said:  "Thank you so much-sounds terrific. Jimmy would have been very pleased and touched."

'The Unlimited Dream Company' is a group of ten practicing

artists based in Lincolnshire. With the help of an outside ​

member Adam Coles, who comp​posed the music for our

performance.

The group was brought together by an exciting and

adventurous ​exhibition part of the 'Ballard's Art Festival'

in Lincoln, May 2013. After being given the book

'The Unlimited Dream Company'  by JG Ballard as the

inspiration, they decided to stay together as a functioning

performance based art group. The group will be holding

many more performances as well as producing individual

works on the side.​​

THE BALLARD ART FESTIVAL PRESENTS: THE UNLIMITED DREAM COMPANY! PLEASE COME AND SUPPORT US!

The exhibit will be open from the 7th of May to the 10th, 10am till 4pm.

The art will be spread across two venues:

St Benedicts Center,
Lincoln,
LN5 7AR

The Greyfriars,
Broadgate,
Lincoln,
LN2 1HQ

Both just off Lincoln High street, within walking distance of the other.

Static work such as Sculpture, Painting and Film will be spread across the two venues. As well live performance that will be scheduled at specific times over each day. A booking system will be set up at a later date allowing to get a rough estimate of numbers only, as it is completely Free to book.
